I have known and worked with Bobbi since 1980 when I first participated in the program that she and Marshall Thurber designed - the "Business School for Entrepreneurs" and "Money & You" program. In a city where local education is for the most part academic and learning through rote, Bobbis programs provide the important balance - the development of the individual - building students' self-confidence through teaching them tools to succeed in their academic life as well as the important life skills. Students also realize that learning can be fun. About three thousand students have gone through her programs here many of whom have already created ripples in our community. Ten year old SuperCamp students are now twenty year olds and come back to work for us because they want to help other students to benefit from the program, like they did.
